★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時折真面目な運転手さんに当たりますが、客とまともなコミュニケーションが取れない方に担当して頂く方が圧倒的に多いです。目的地に着かない、道を知らないので遠回りする等。カーナビ付いてるんだから使えばいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運転手の方は丁寧で服装もしっかりしていました。ただ、空港から数分のところに事務所があるというのと、数分で来れるという事は違うんだと理解しました。こちらが予定より早く準備ができたこともあるのですが、結局車が到着するのに20分かかりました。
The driver was polite and well dressed. However, I understood that having an office a few minutes from the airport is not the same as being able to come in a few minutes. I got ready earlier than planned, but it took me 20 minutes for the car to arrive.
