中	中山誠 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道の駅八王子滝山の食事処。17時20分頃来店、フードコートは少し混んでます。カウンターで八王子ラーメン(650円)と玉ねぎ増量(50円)注文。窓際の2人掛けテーブルで番号を呼ばれる迄数分、中細麺に醤油ベースの優しい味わい、基本的な八王子ラーメンです。個人的に刻み玉ねぎはみじん切りが好きですが、歯応え的には有りですね。トッピングの玉ねぎ投入で更にパワーアップ。玉ねぎの辛味が増しました。完食完飲、ごちそうさまでした。東京都内唯一の道の駅、せっかくなので店内物色。高尾ポテトと地元のワンカップ3種購入しました。 Restaurant at Road Station Hachioji Takiyama. The store is around 17:20 and the food court is a little crowded. Order Hachioji Ramen (650 yen) and onion increase (50 yen) at the counter. It is a basic Hachioji ramen with a gentle taste based on soy sauce and medium-sized noodles for a few minutes until the number is called on the table for two on the window. I personally like chopped chopped onions, but it is crisp. More power with topping onions. The spiciness of onions has increased. Completed the meal and had a feast. The only roadside station in Tokyo. I bought 3 kinds of Takao Potato and local one cup.

S	Sousaku Ideta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道の駅「八王子滝山」の中にあるお食事処です。カウンター左手の券売機で食券を買って呼ばれたら取りに行くスタイル。しっかり食べたかったので「八王子ハンバーグ＆カキフライ」にしてみました。カキフライは季節によってエビフライに変わったりするようですね。道の駅だけあってここのメニューは地元の野菜をふんだんに使用しています。八王子ハンバーグというのは、ピースメイキング・ファクトリーさんが開発した完全手作りのトマト煮込みハンバーグだそうです。お店で食べるハンバーグって当たり外れがありますが、これはしっかりとした肉感があって良かったです。ここのメニューは、八王子ラーメンもあったり、地元の野菜を使っていたりと、地元をちゃんと意識しているところに好感が持てますね。食後に新鮮な野菜を安く買って帰れるのもポイント高いです。 It is a restaurant in the roadside station "Hachioji Takiyama". It is also a high point that you can buy fresh vegetables cheaply after meals and go home.
純	純一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「彩食庵」に店舗名が変わりましたね。手がけたのはあの「越後そば」やカフェドクレアのクレアです。メニューはガラッと変わって蕎麦屋さんの様な感じです。なお、うどんもあります。味もなかなかの本格派で天ぷらもサクサクと香ばしく、蕎麦も前の店舗の時の様なブヨブヨの茹で麺でなく細麺のシャッキリしたものに変わり、嬉しく感動しました。さすがクレアさんだなと思いました。 The store name has changed to "Waheifureizu". I worked on that "Echigo Soba" and Claire of Cafe de Claire. The menu changes completely and feels like a soba restaurant. There is also udon noodles. The taste is quite authentic and the tempura is crispy and fragrant, and the soba noodles have changed from the boiled noodles of Buyobuyo to the crispy ones of thin noodles as in the previous store, and I was happy and impressed.
