年齢層が幅広いのでどなたでも交わりいただけると思います。私はシニア層のグループに礼拝とは別の月１で行われていた交流会が楽しみで休みを取って参加していました。今はコロナ禍で休止の状態、寂しい限りです。
認知症の予防には、脳トレ、運動、話すことが三条件 以前のような状態に早く戻れるようにと祈るばかりです。
My second son went to a church school when he was in kindergarten, so I sometimes go to worship because of that.
Since the age group is wide, I think that anyone can meet. I was looking forward to participating in the exchange meeting held on the 1st of the month, which was different from the worship service, in a group of seniors. I'm lonely because I'm in a dormant state due to Corona.
To prevent dementia, brain training, exercise, and speaking are the three conditions. I just pray that I can quickly return to the state I had before.
