しかし接客はあまりよくないです。注文と会計の列が別なのでわかりににくく順番と注文品が合っているか不安になる。包装の有無もあるので番号札を使うなどしてもう少し工夫した方が良い。
年配の店員が特に感じが悪くなぜか偉そうな雰囲気で店全体をなぜかピリピリさせている。
高レベルの接客を求めているわけではないのに残念。味は星5です。
クレジットカードは使えないので注意。

ケーキはモンブランといちごショートケーキ。相変わらず味は良しですね。
ただし非常に残念なのがレジカウンターにいるスタッフさん達。言葉に刺々しさがあり不快な気分になりました。目つきも鋭く柔らかさが全くないです。なぜなのでしょうかw
少なくとも幸せにする商材を売っている自覚はして欲しいと感じましたし愛想くらいは無いと販売員として失格では無いでしょうか？
後名札皆さんしましょう。クレーム入れるにも特徴でしか伝えられないので今後良くしていきたいのであれば問題のある人材に対して的確な指摘・指導も出来ないと思います。
味はいいが人材で星１つ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔からこちらの洋菓子を良く自宅用、お土産用に利用させていただいてます。市内には有名な洋菓子店も幾つか有りますが、私の好みに合うのは、こちらの洋菓子です。店内のスペースが狭いためか、他の書き込みにあるように、注文する時に、混んでいる時は、客の交通整理が上手くいかない時も有るかもしれません。でも、客に依って注文まで凄く時間の掛かる人や、私のようにすぐ決める人とか、色々な方が居ますので、店員さんは大変だと思います(笑)他のお客さんにお願いしたいのは、いつまでもショーウィンドウにピッタリと貼り付いて、周りを気にせず、他の客が選べない状況を作るのはやめて欲しいかな。

昔から好きなケーキ屋さんで定期的に通っていたのですが、行く度に接客態度にがっかりするのであまり行かなくなりました。
・混雑時の受付順番が適当。こちらに並んで下さいなどの案内もなし。挙句こちらから順番について声をかけてもしかめっ面をされたのみでした。
・カードで支払えるか伺おうとしたところ、こちらの言葉に被せるように『ムリです。現金です』と冷たく言われました。
もう少し言い方がありますよね？
子供の誕生日のホールケーキを予約していて、受け取りに行った際にこんな態度を取られました。
好きなお店だっただけに本当に残念です。
カフェなどを併設してお店を大きくしているようですが、それよりも力を入れるべきところがある事に気付いてください。

Had a sudden craving for chiffon cake, saw on their website they made it, but got there only to find a tea-flavored version. Why not also sell chiffon cake! Maybe after a few years of calming down I'll retry them.
