★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの椎茸は原木で栽培されており、肉厚で素焼きすれば椎茸本来の味が楽しめます。ここで収穫されたキノコや野菜で鍋を食べましたが、出汁を入れなくてもキノコから旨味が出て美味しくいただけました。
The shiitake mushrooms here are cultivated from logs, and you can enjoy the original taste of shiitake mushrooms if you unglazed them thickly. I ate a hot pot with the mushrooms and vegetables harvested here, but the mushrooms tasted good even without the soup stock.
