t	tsukiyonomaro fujimura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、車検について簡易見積もりをお願い出来るサイトから車検について問い合わせをしました。その際、サイトに金額を抑えたい方にも対応といった旨の記述があったため(現在は削除されていました)出来る限り車検費用を抑えたいと思っている旨を伝えました。そして来た返信がこれ。｢当店は認証工場の為、お客様より車検をご依頼されれば点検料金がかかってしまいます。安ければいいのであれば車検代行業者とか、ガソリンスタンドの車検を選択された方がいいと思います。｣たったこれだけです。挨拶もなく、名乗りもせず、肝心な簡易見積もりもなければ、かかってしまうと言う点検料がいくらなのかすら書かれていない。こちらは相手方に対して名乗り、連絡先を記入し、車の詳細(年式や車台番号等)まで伝えているというのにこの対応…。あまりの失礼な対応に唖然としました。これを書いたのが経営者の方御本人なのか、メール担当の方なのか、はたまた社員なのかバイトなのか存じ上げませんが本当に不愉快でした。近所だけに近くを通りかかる度に胸糞悪いです。誰にもおすすめ出来ないお店です。近いので直接行って見積もりをとってもらおうかと思ったのですが、メールで問い合わせをしてみて正解でした。実際にこんな失礼な言葉を直接吐かれずに済んだのでその点では☆5です。 First, we inquired about vehicle inspection from a site where you can ask for a simple estimate of vehicle inspection.
