T	T Wallabi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒毛和牛ホルモンを買って、モツ鍋を作りました。注文してから切り出してくれましたよ。プリプリの脂からコラーゲンが溶け出して美味しい〜♡ モツに苦手意識がある家族に振る舞いましたが、これなら美味しい！と。やった✌ 黒毛和牛タンや輸入モノのプロシュート、角煮入りのちまきなど色々目移りしてしまいました。地元の野菜、卵、お豆腐、こんにゃくなどもありましたよ。今回はベビーリーフとこんにゃくを買いましたが、どちらも美味しかった!! 近くに大型スーパーがありますが、長らく地元に愛されている精肉店は、ひと味違いますな☺ I bought Japanese black beef hormone and made motsunabe.
