S	Shigeki Sugaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雨漏りがあったことをきっかけに山下塗装さんに外壁塗装、サイディング貼り替え、屋根補修をお願い致しました。ご近所で同様の工事を行っていたため何社か候補はありましたが、工程表を配布していたこと、こちらの知りたいこと、知らないことについて、全てキチンと説明していただけたことが好印象でした。また、コスト面・性能面についても知識が豊富であったため、山下塗装さんにお願いすることとしました。降雨により工程の遅れはありましたが、臨機応変に対応していただけたため、大きな遅延も無く竣工しました。工程が後ろにずれ込み、やっつけ仕事にならないか心配もありましたが、職人さんの丁寧かつ早い塗装技術には、そんな心配はありませんでした。塗装作業直後の雨の影響で塗装面にマダラ模様ができてしまった箇所については、連絡後すぐに修正していただけました。総じてムラの無い美しい仕上がりに満足しております。 We asked Mr. Yamashita to paint the exterior walls, replace the siding, and repair the roof in the wake of the leak. Although there was a delay in the process due to rainfall, the construction was completed without any major delay because we were able to respond flexibly. I was worried that the process would be delayed and it would be a defeated job, but I was not worried about the craftsman's polite and quick painting technique. As for the part where the Madara pattern was formed on the painted surface due to the influence of rain immediately after the painting work, we were able to correct it immediately after contacting us. As a whole, I am satisfied with the beautiful finish without unevenness.
