ヨ	ヨースター島 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検でお店に伺いました。交換目安の説明や、時期などが、専門的な事でこちらが分からないと思って説明している様ですが、今の時代よほどの年寄りでも無い限り調べる事は簡単です。通り一遍の説明、受付に本当に嫌な思いをしました。結果として、必要の無い整備をされた。と感じました。受付時、走行距離が少なく年数が経ってない車でしたので、それを踏まえて話をしたところ、実際に車を見て確認し、交換など必要であれば声をかけます。との事でしたが、車の状態を確認した際には、特に問題が無いとの説明のみでした。しかし、会計時にはしっかりお金がプラスで取られていて、声をかけると、距離や車の年数などは関係なく車検ごとの交換をオススメしている項目です。と受付とは別の方に言われました。では、最初の実際に車を見てとの説明は何だったか。と疑問を伝えた所、じゃあ今回はお代は頂きません。と言われました。が、私は代金の問題でゴネてる訳では無いので、必要な項目であったならきちんと代金は支払います。と伝え結果支払いはしました。しかし、じゃあ何故最初の説明はなんだったのか、声をかけてもらえなかったのか、納得のいく説明はありませんでした。お代を頂かない＝誠意のある対応だと思っているなら改善するべきです。専門的な事だからこそ、信頼してお任せするしか無いのです。次回は別の場所で車検を行うつもりですが是非改善頂きたく口コミを書かせていただきます。 I visited the store during the vehicle inspection.
