★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Global HQ for Takeda Japan. Newly built and designed with a modern 21st century Japanese aesthetic. Has Gong Cha tea outlet on the ground level and the Hasegawa wine and spirit shop. The revitalised pedestrian area has a well known temple and several memorials of note. This was the historical commercial hub of Edo Tokyo.

The reception area is a wondrous combination of wood and design. With Kanji cleverly incorporated into the design.
Like many such buildings, the smart design stops at the reception / public areas.
Offices are nondescript, with no understanding of modern office design, lighting or any of the good working practices that are widely documented.
Lovely up to the point you have to work there.
