★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か見学させていただきました。真夏に伺った時、エアコン１台で家じゅうが涼しく、とても快適でした。玄関の手洗器、２階ホールの共有スペースなど楽しく暮らせる間取りが気に入りました。
I visited several times. When I visited in the middle of summer, the whole house was cool and very comfortable with one air conditioner. I like the floor plan where you can live happily, such as the hand-washing machine at the entrance and the shared space on the second floor hall.

It's a house that is kind to the child-rearing generation. Having a hand wash at the entrance is a great way to get your child into the habit. I am grateful that there is a lot of storage. I felt that the open stairs were attractive and I wanted to invite friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤井のモデルハウス完成見学会に参加しました。風の冷たい日でしたが、室内はエアコン1台で暖かく快適でした。武田さんのこだわりが詰まっていて見所がたくさんあります。壁紙や室内ドア、水回りのデザインや色合いも素敵です。30坪未満ですが吹き抜けを上手に使った造りで、広く感じられます。スマートフォンで帰宅前にエアコンをかけられるのも便利です。数ヶ月はモデルハウスとして使うとのことです。
Participated in the Akai model house completion tour. It was a cold day, but the room was warm and comfortable with one air conditioner. Takeda's commitment is full and there are many attractions. The wallpaper and interior doors and the design around the water and the colors are also wonderful. It is less than 30 tsubo, but it has a well-built structure that makes it feel wide. It is also convenient to turn on the air conditioner on your smartphone before returning home. It will be used as a model house for several months.
