どこかのお店と違って、ちゃんとコロナ禍でのルール守っておられます。

両方ともあっさりダシと油かすとの調和がすごく良くて、するするっと飲めちゃいます(笑)
刺し身グレードの合鴨がラーメンスープでレアから次第にミディアムに変わっていく食感が楽しめました。
合鴨はフライパンでごまネギ油でちょっと焦がしてタタキみたいにしてから切って載せていただくと、もっと風味が出たかなー
そうなると麺ももうちょっとしかりしたものにせなあかんし、これはこれでバランス取れてるっとことか・・・・
大将の人柄もよくてとっても美味しくいただけました♬

油かすうどんがなにか知らずに頼んだのですが、黒毛和牛の油を揚げたようなカスが入っていて、とても濃厚で旨味があってたまりませんでした！油かす2倍にすればよかった！
またいけたら今度は多めに注文します！
