ディに通い始めたら
マッサージの声かけをして その時は動かなかったので
スタッフが一旦離れ
その間に一人で立ち上がり 足がふらついて転倒 骨折して入院 手術 リハビリ 数ヶ月の入院することになった‼️
見守り不足です。
新しい利用者には特に気をつけて観察して見守りして配慮しないと
