★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 法事の為、親戚一同が集まるので、前から気になっていた壊れた引き戸の修理を依頼しました。家に来てもらい間口の採寸をして、どのようにしたいのか聞かれ、戸惑っていると丁寧に表面のベニヤを張り替えてふすま紙を貼り、戸車を交換する方法と新たに作り直すというのを提案してくれました。張り替えも新しく作るのも、めちゃくちゃ差がなかったので、新しく作ってもらう事にしました。仏間の襖や障子の貼り替えも出来ると言われたので、一緒にお願いしました。出来上がった引き戸はとても立派で作り直して正解でした。一緒にお願いした襖や障子もきれいに貼り替えてもらい、気持ち良かったです。親戚にも良いねーと言ってもらい、こちらの建具店にお願いして、良かったです。
ちなみに店主は大きな体でコワモテですが、話してみると、優しく対応してくれて、職人技？も素晴らしかったです。
 Because of the legal affairs, all of the relatives gathered, so I requested repairs to the broken sliding doors that I had been interested in. I asked the house to measure the frontage and asked how I wanted to do it. I did it. There wasn't much difference between the re-laying and the new making, so I decided to make a new one. I was told that I could replace the fences and shojis between the Buddhas, so I asked for it together. The finished sliding door was very fine and remade and was the correct answer. We had the nephews and shoji screens we asked for together, and they were nicely pasted. I had my relatives say it was good, and I asked this joinery store.
By the way, the shopkeeper is a big body, but it ’s a little bit of a craftsman. It was great too.
