I am using the library. It's open until 19:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so it's convenient to pick up the book you booked after work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 文化スポーツ振興課に用事があり訪問しましたが、とても良いところはエレベーターの来るスピードが尋常じゃなく早いです。
自分の大学のエレベーターが来るのがとても遅いので感動しました。
またエレベーターホール1Fには木造のベンチもありお年寄りでもゆったり待つことができると思います。
職員の方の対応も丁寧で良かったです。
I visited the Culture and Sports Promotion Division for business, but the very good thing is that the elevator comes at an unusually fast speed.
I was impressed because the elevator of my university came very late.
There is also a wooden bench on the 1st floor of the elevator hall, so even the elderly can relax and wait.
The correspondence of the staff was also polite and good.

It is a place for local exchange and learning. There is a store on the upper floor where you can eat. It is about 10 minutes on foot from Takatsuki Station, which can be reached from Kyoto by Hankyu Railway.
