幻	幻想GT-R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの会社に就職、パートなどで働こうと思っている方はやめておくのを勧めます。トッピングは少しミスをすると熟練のパートの方から怒鳴られます。デザートは作業スピードが早いのと多少外国人がいて環境に慣れないといけない。野菜、惣菜系はパワハラしてくる社員がいます。(現在居るかどうかは知りません) また、揚げ物などの加熱系はとても暑いです。熱中症や脱水症状を起こし倒れた人もいるそうです。仕分け、出荷は腰を痛めやすくなる為腰痛持ちの方はやめておくのをお勧めします。人間関係は一部を除けばまだマシかも知れませんが近辺ではあまり良くない噂ばかり聞きます。衛生管理が酷かったり、工場内にゴキブリが出たりするそうです。(この噂はかなり昔のものです) また新人教育は大雑把で一度しか教えない。教えてもらってないことを平気で強要してくる社員がいる。怒鳴るのは当たり前社員は気に入らない人が居れば精神的苦痛を与え辞めさせようとする。パワハラを通報しても上層部の人たちはパワハラをした人を守り被害者を見捨てるような人たちがいます。 If you are thinking of getting a job or working part-time at this company, I recommend you to stop.
