3数ヶ月で引っ越した際、清掃費用やふすま交換などなど多額の費用を請求されましたが怪しいと思いその後新しい入居者さんにお願いして確認させてもらった所請求された事柄は一切やっていなかった
大家さんは上記の内容を「わしゃそんなもんは一切請求しとらんでぇ」との事だった
退去確認の日時を一週間前から決めていたにも関わらず大家さんと一緒に1時間も待たされた
電話すると平然と「今接客中です」と言われた
