た	たえ小野寺 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 義父の最後が松原苑でよかったです。約10年介護をして、重度の認知症になり、受け入れ先を探してやっと巡り会えた松原苑は、環境もよく、清潔感があり、何よりスタッフの心がけが素晴らしいと感じました。義父に面会する度、いつも髭も剃られ、髪もとかされ、肌もさっぱりと綺麗にしてくれていて、手厚い介護をしていただきました。重度の認知症の介護は自宅では限界があり、大変さを分かっていたので、スタッフの皆さんの御苦労は大変だったと思います。『仕事ですから』とは言うものの、家族同様の声がけや接し方に思いやりの介護を感じました。家族への報告や、連絡、対応もしっかりされて安心して頼むことができました。終末期でも、綺麗な肌で寝ている義父のことを、『いつも綺麗に拭いてくれてありがとうございます』とお礼を言ったら『酸素をつけてても、最後まで、可能な限りお風呂に入れあげますから大丈夫ですよ』というお返事に、感謝しかありませんでした。面会に行くと、仕事中でも、面会にいった家族に、通りすがりでもスタッフの皆さんが『こんにちは！』って言ってくれるのも、気持ちがよかったです。まだまだ、言い切れないのですが、最後まで義父の家族でいてくれたスタッフの皆さんに心より感謝しております。松原苑でよかったです。大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。 I'm glad that my father-in-law's last was Matsubaraen. After taking care of him for about 10 years, he became severely demented and finally met after looking for a place to accept him. Matsubara-en had a good environment, a sense of cleanliness, and above all, the staff's efforts were wonderful. Every time I met my father-in-law, my beard was shaved, my hair was shaved, and my skin was refreshing and clean, and I received generous care. I knew that nursing care for severe dementia was difficult at home, so I think it was hard work for all the staff. Although I said "because it's work", I felt compassionate care for the voice and the way of dealing with them like my family. I was able to report to my family, contact them, and respond with peace of mind. Even at the end of life, when I thanked my father-in-law who was sleeping with beautiful skin, "Thank you for always wiping it clean," he said, "Even if you add oxygen, take a bath as much as possible until the end. I'll put it in, so it's okay. " When I went to the visit, the staff said, "Hello!" It was nice to say that. I can't say it yet, but I am deeply grateful to all the staff who stayed with my father-in-law's family until the end. I'm glad I was at Matsubaraen. Thank you for all the help you have given me.
