皆さんお米まんじゅうって言ってます。
米まんじゅうももちろん美味いですが、
よく食べたのは母が勧めたアマンザマナミでした。
店主のお孫さんの名前だとか。硬めのアーモンドクッキーです。
その母も今は施設に入っていて実家のある陸前高田もしばらく遠のいていますがアマンザマナミまた食べたくなりました。コロナが落ち着いたら又言ってみたいです。
皆さん言っておりますが店の方も良い人です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 震災前は、高田駅前通りにあった老舗のお菓子屋さん。高田町大隈の仮設店舗後、中心市街地に本設の店をオープンさせた。一番最初は、高田町の小泉地区でお菓子製造業から始めたので、名前にしたらしい。
看板の「米まんじゅう」は、米粉を練り、餡子を入れて、蒸しあげたお菓子。柔らかく仕上がったそのまんじゅうは、なかなか他では見られない。日持ちしないが、高田に来たら一度食べて頂きたい逸品です。
