 I watched フ ェ イ ス ブ ッ ク in order to know the state inside the facility, but I could not find out how many unrelated posts were seen.

もう他界しましたが、スタッフの皆様には本当にお世話になりました。
スタッフの皆様の真摯な対応に感銘を受けて私も介護の仕事に従事したいと今資格をとっているところです。
資格が取れた際には、是非にぎ和いさんでお仕事ができたらと考えています。
本当にありがとうございました。

祖母も満足していますが、私たち家族が面会に行った際には、スタッフ皆様が笑顔でご挨拶をしてくれるので、私たちも大満足しています。
沿岸に住んでいるので、心配だったのですがにぎ和いさんなら安心して家族をお任せできますよ。

寝たきりになり、経管栄養で入居可能なところを探していました。
担当のケアマネさんのご紹介でお伺いした際に、建物の綺麗さはもちろん施設長の方やスタッフの方々の明るいご挨拶に感動し家族全会一致でにぎ和いさんに決めました。
他にもいくつか見学をしたのですが、一番親身になってお話を聞いてくれました。
本当におススメですよ。
Parents are moving in.
I was bedridden and was looking for a place where I could move in by tube feeding.
When I was introduced by the care manager in charge, I was impressed not only by the beauty of the building but also by the cheerful greetings of the facility manager and staff, and the whole family unanimously decided on Mr. Niwai.
I visited several other places, but he was the most friendly and listened to me.
I really recommend it.
