生活してから出るならまだしも、食品も持ち込まずに出てきたのでびっくりです。
ダメ元で問い合わせましたが、何も対応してもらえず。「隣の部屋から移ってきたのでしょう。」というお話でした。
そのとなりというのは、窓が割られており、誰も生活していない部屋でした。
また、床のシミや、えぐれ、べたつき、ドアの劣化、ずれ、テラスに出るところの床が変色しているなどが初日からあります。
入居時の同伴がなく、退去時にこの初期状態のものも請求されるのではないかと不安です。
通路には虫の死骸が多く、蜘蛛の巣があります。
1回/2週間 の頻度で掃除をしてくれるという話ですが、その頻度で来ている様子は今のところありません。
家賃が安く、ペット可ですが考えものです。

It is a story that cleans once a week or two weeks, but there is no appearance so far.
The rent is cheap and pets are allowed, but it's a good idea.
