 Requested to relocate the outdoor unit of Daikin air conditioner. It was a very polite job. There was no addition from the preliminary estimate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先週（12月半ば過ぎ）長年使っていたエアコンが壊れたため買い替える事になり、一度は別店舗にネット販売で発注したのですが、先方のメールの確認ミスや杜撰な個人情報の取り扱いが発覚し、キャンセル。
その過程で無駄に時間を費やしてしまい、年内に買い直せるか絶望的になっていたところ、藁をも掴む思いでマルシンさんに電話。
タイミングも良かったとは思いますが、20分後くらいに見に来てくださり、的確なアドバイスの下、トントン拍子で見積もりと相成りました。
他にも現場が重なっていたであろうにも関わらず、マルシンさんが帰られた30分後には、電話でとりあえずの見積もりの連絡があり、年内にやっていただけるとの事に！どこも無理だったのに……。
そして本日、年内に新品のエアコンが取り付けられました。最初の見積もりから追加料金などは一切なし。回し者レベルでべた褒めですが、「誠実」という言葉を、仕事ぶりで見せつけられた感じです。
空調業界のみならず、ここまで迅速で的確な仕事が出来る会社はなかなか無いと思います。自分も社会人として見習いたいくらい、ちょっと感動しました。
何かあったら絶対次もマルシンさんにお願いします！
因みにエアコンはダイキンです。メーカーに拘りが無ければマジでオススメ。
Last week (after mid-December), the air conditioner I had been using for many years broke, so I had to buy a new one. ,Cancel.
In the process, I wasted time and was desperate to buy it again by the end of the year, so I called Marushin with the intention of grasping the straw.
I think the timing was good, but he came to see me about 20 minutes later, and with accurate advice, I was able to get a quote with a ton ton.
Despite the fact that there would have been other sites overlapping, 30 minutes after Marushin returned, I received a phone call for a quote and said that he would be able to do it by the end of the year! I couldn't do it anywhere ...
And today, a new air conditioner was installed by the end of the year. There is no additional charge from the first quote. It's a praise at the level of a turner, but it feels like the word "honesty" was shown for the first time in my work.
Not only in the air conditioning industry, I don't think there are many companies that can do such quick and accurate work. I was so impressed that I wanted to be an apprentice as a member of society.
If anything happens, please definitely ask Marushin next time!
By the way, the air conditioner is Daikin. If you are not particular about the manufacturer, I really recommend it.
