★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が丁寧。証明写真をきれいに撮ってもらいました。ついでにマイナンバーカード用も。調整が出来るのは路面の証明写真機とは違います。
 The customer service is polite. I had the ID photo taken beautifully. Also for my number card. The adjustment is different from the road photo camera.

品物も取り寄せも出来るので助かってます!
店長が凄く良い人なので、ココで売ってたら大きな差がない限りはココ買うようにしてます(≧∇≦)b
It's a shop that I'm always indebted to!
The lenses are cheap, kind and polite, and I often go to ask about things I don't understand at the store (≧ ∇ ≦) b
I am grateful that I can order items as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長は熱心そうな方ですが、残念ながら木村が陰気なオッサンで客を軽くあしらっている。女性店員もレンズ買取の査定を大きく間違えていた（平塚店Aランク品をB評価）。もう行かない。
The store manager seems to be enthusiastic, but unfortunately Kimura treats customers lightly with a gloomy man. The female clerk also made a big mistake in the assessment of lens purchase (Hiratsuka store A rank product was evaluated as B). I won't go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員に態度の悪い人がいる。指摘したが悪びれることもなく、むしろ悪くないと言う感じ。接客の仕事にむいていない。働いてる人もやりにくいだろうな。と思った。人に不快な思いや、会話が面倒なら人と関わる仕事しなければいい。不愉快だ。
Some clerk has a bad attitude. I pointed it out, but it didn't hurt, and it wasn't bad. Not suitable for customer service work. It would be difficult for working people to do it. I thought. If you feel uncomfortable with people or have trouble talking, you shouldn't work with people. It's unpleasant.

I signed a Ymobile contract with a friend's introduction. He explained it carefully and made a copy of the photos and data.
It was a difficult task, so it was very helpful.

対応中であっても、少々お待ちくださいとの声掛けがあっても良いのではと思います。
The three clerk seemed to be pretending to be unaware of the visitors for a while, although they were in front of the cash register, probably because they were responding in the store.
