おのみちバスが乗り入れている。主な運行路線として新高山・久保・美ノ郷方面(尾道工業団地行き)と、尾崎・東御所・新浜方面(東西本線)の便が設定されている。尾道工業団地行きは当停留所を出発後、今宮東交差点で国道2号に入る北回り(池の浦経由)と東、西新涯を通る南回り(東公園経由)の便とで分かれるが、尾道バイパス東口交差点で合流し、市民病院・三美園団地(尾道高校跡地)を経由して三美園口交差点より国道184号に入り終着点へ向かう。東西本線は尾道駅止まりが多いが、その先の鳴滝山登山口まで行く便もある。当停留所を出発後、ベイタウン尾道内中央を突っ切る便(フジグラン尾道経由)、ベイタウン尾道西縁を通る便(JA産直経由)、池の浦経由の便に分かれるが、東尾道入口交差点で合流し、国道2号を通って終着点へ向かう。松永方面へ向かう便は出ていないが、駅北口より5～10分程度歩いて国道2号へ出ると、運行本線は少ないもののトモテツバスが運行している松永駅行きの便がある。高須農協前停留所が東尾道駅から最も近い。

Onomichi Bus is on board. The main routes are Shintakayama / Kubo / Minogo (for Onomichi Industrial Park) and Ozaki / Higashigosho / Shinhama (East-West Main Line). After leaving this stop, the bus bound for Onomichi Industrial Park is divided into a northbound flight (via Ikenoura) that enters National Highway No. 2 at the Imamiya East intersection and a southbound flight (via East Park) that passes through the east and Nishishingai, but merges at the Onomichi Bypass East Exit intersection. Then, take National Highway 184 from the Sanmisonoguchi intersection via the Municipal Hospital Sanmisono housing complex (Onomichi High School site) and head toward the final point. The Tozai Main Line often stops at Onomichi Station, but there are also flights that go to the Nakitakiyama trailhead. After departing from this stop, there are flights that cut through the center of Baytown Onomichi (via Fuji Grand Onomichi), flights that pass through the western edge of Baytown Onomichi (via JA direct), and flights via Ikenoura. Head to the end point through the issue. There are no flights to Matsunaga, but if you walk about 5 to 10 minutes from the north exit of the station to National Highway No. 2, there is a flight to Matsunaga Station where the Tomotetsu Bus operates, although there are few main lines. The Takasu Nokyo Zen Bus Stop is the closest to Higashi-Onomichi Station.
