★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのジムはマスク着用が義務付けられておらず、皆さん常時マスクしてなかったです。(私以外に５人いました)
コロナ禍でこれってどうなの？と思い受付の方に聞いてみたら、強制はしてないと。市の窓口にも問い合わせてみたところ、同じような回答でした。
私はマスク着用派なので、お金を払いましたがすぐ出てきました。
設備としてはとてもいいのに残念です。

What about this with Corona? When I asked the receptionist, I didn't force him. When I contacted the city counter, the answer was similar.
I'm a mask wearer, so I paid for it, but it came out soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マシンが少ないのは仕方ないですが、待機が困ります。もう１台づつ増えたらなぁ
体育館の卓球は台は日中常設で、子供連れでもそれなりに楽しめます。
ただ予約が本格的な人で埋まりやすいので、毎回ドキドキします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつて、こじま公園として、池を海に見立ててこじま丸が浮かんでいる風情があった。
船の中には図書室もあったし宿泊もできた。
その船もなく戸なりの市民プールの建物もなくなって、今では高洲スポーツセンターとして新しく生まれ変わっている。
高洲スポーツセンターとこじま公園は隣接していて一体と思えばいい。
今年の夏も暑いせいか老若男女、大勢がプール利用に集まっている。
子どもたちの夏休みが終わったら、そっと利用したい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2時間220円でトレーニングルームが使用できます。他にも体育館や、プール、多目的室もあるので場所を使いたいときはおすすめです。
スポーツセンターは新しく建て直されていてトレーニングルームの機械も新しいものに見えました。スタッフの方も親切で色々教えてくれます。

The sports center was newly rebuilt and the machinery in the training room looked new. The staff are also kind and will teach you various things.

マシンは有酸素系が多く揃っています。トレーニング系は各一台ずつしかありませんが、種類は豊富です。

きれいな建物と最新の機材が揃っています．もちろん駐車場やシャワーも完備です．ジムの部屋は若干狭いかな．気持ちよくいい汗を流させていただきました．21時までですが，実際は10分前までの退出のようです．
おすすめの場所です！
