く	くぼのゆうすけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都営三田線の西台駅から徒歩10分、東上線だと東武練馬駅が最寄りの牛亭さん。タクシーの運転手さんがオススメのお店だという事を教えてくださったので、その帰りにお邪魔しました。たぶん地域密着で地元に根差した感じで、西台や高島平のあたりにお住まいの常連さんが多いのかな？とりあえず奥の席に座り、同僚とキンキンに冷えた生ビールで乾杯です。まずは牛タンから。三種の牛タン、ネギで巻いてあるのも美味しかったが、厚切りの隠し包丁が入ったタンも最高にうまい。レモン汁でさっぱり。このお肉と技術に感動もの。あ、そういえばこちらで取り扱われている牛肉は基本、仙台牛らしいです。更には、カルビ、イチボ、ハラミのコラボレーション。皿に盛り付けられている美しい様。口の中でトロケます。これはもう上質のお肉しか使っていないというのがよく理解できるわけです。そしてホルモンとレバー。箸休めにキムチ、きのこ、トマト。トマトが抜群になぜたか美味しく感じる。お肉の脂を分解してくれているような感じです。最後に締めは石焼ビビンバ。石焼ビビンバにもお肉が入ってる！店員さんが良い感じにかき混ぜてくれます。これもまた大変美味しくいただきました。こちらの店員さんもフレンドリーですし、素晴らしいと心の底から感じた夜になりました。まんぷく。 Tote Nerima Station is the nearest to Ushitei on the Tojo Line, a 10-minute walk from Nishidai Station on the Toei Mita Line. じ	じゅん坊 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店当時から通っていますが、美味しい牛肉がリーズナブルにいただける名店です。お肉以外のサイドメニューも絶品！特にお薦めはカルビスープです(^o^)vスープに入ってるカルビは別の鍋で煮込んでいるので、味がしみて柔らかくて最高に美味しいです。できればお肉だけ別で注文したいくらい絶品です！そして毎回頼むのが小サラダ。ドレッシングがマジうま＼(^o^)／今回は松坂牛だったので、いつもの料金より100円～200円増しでしたが、高くなった分以上に価値のあるお肉が提供されます。いつ行っても混んでるので、予約して行ったほうが確実です(^o^) そして、今回はお祝いで行ったので高めのお肉を頼みましたが普通に行くなら、ただのカルビでも十分満足できますよ(^o^)ホルモンもうまいです(写真撮り忘れた)。お店の雰囲気もママが気さくな方なので、いつもおしゃべりしてしまいます。ママの雰囲気がそのままお店のカラーになっていて居心地も満点です(^^) あ、そうそう。最近生ビールがアサヒからサントリー香りのエールに変わりました。こちらも美味しかったです☺️ I've been going to this restaurant since it opened, but it's a famous restaurant where you can enjoy delicious beef at a reasonable price.
