ロールケーキを購入したとき、外からは分からなかったのですが中身が凍っていておいしくありませんでした。味もおいしいとは言えません。
このサイズで750円はないなと思いました。
ケーキの種類も少なく、単価が高いのでもう行きません。

When I bought the roll cake, I couldn't tell from outside, but the contents were frozen and it was not delicious. The taste is not good either.
I thought there was no 750 yen at this size.
There are few types of cakes and the price is high so I won't go anymore.

高島平には他にいつでも買えるケーキ屋さんが無いので何度が利用しましたが、今回の態度は本当に気分悪かったです。
ケーキの見た目に比べると価格が高いと感じます。

キャラメルムースはちょっと甘かったですが美味しかったです(^^)
接客態度がどうとか書いてる人がいますが、高島平に一体何を求めているんだ？って思っちゃいますね(笑)

女性店員さん(店主さん？)本当に態度がお悪い…。
挨拶なし、客の顔は見ない、無表情、質問には食い気味で返答。
高島平に何を求めてるんだ？って口コミありましたけど、どんな地域であっても最低限気持ちのよい買い物はしたいものですよ。ましてや口に入れる物ならなおさら。過剰な接客サービスを求めているのではありません。
長くお店を構えられていますが、店内はどんどん狭くなっています。
管理範囲を狭めたいのでしょうが、ゆとりがなくあまり心地良い店内ではなくなってしまっていて残念です。

What are you looking for in Takashimadaira? There was a word of mouth, but I want to do at least comfortable shopping in any area. Especially if it's something you can put in your mouth. We are not looking for excessive customer service.
The store has been set up for a long time, but the inside of the store is getting smaller and smaller.
I'd like to narrow the scope of management, but it's a shame that the store isn't very comfortable because there isn't enough room.
