住民の質が兎に角悪い。
ゴミ出しルールは無視され、収集されなかったゴミがいつまでも残っている。
ゴミ袋指定なし、プラゴミの分別なし、粗大以外いつゴミ出ししても良い屋内ゴミ捨て場でこの横着は、人間性を疑います。
ペットを飼育しているのか、匂いが部屋の外に漏れている部屋がある。挙句エレベータ内に糞が放置されていたことも。
住民なのか余所者か不明だが、エントランスのソファに居座る若者がいる。騒ぐ・大声で電話するなど、共有スペースで非常識な振る舞いをしている。
これらを受けての管理会社の対応は、貼り紙による警告のみ。それもペナルティを明示するものではなく、「〜はやめてください。」程度。
当然改善される事などなく、管理会社として機能していません。
加えて、左右向の3方向が事故物件です。（ソース:大島てる）
立地も悪く、徒歩圏にあるのは三田線のみで、都心にも他県にも出ずらい。
住む理由が見当たらない。
