そ	そばわるど on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初来店で感じたことをまとめました。 ①店内・雰囲気等　★★★★★ 元気の良い店員さんが多く、とても親切な対応でした。自動精算機やQRコードを用いた注文システムなど、コロナ対策もバッチリ。安心して食事ができる環境です。 ②価格・メニュー等　★★★★☆ メニューは全体的に安めの価格設定だと感じました。私は肉・モヤシ1.5倍の盛りスタ麺を注文しましたが、900円前後でいただくことができました。唐揚げや餃子などのお得なセットを土日もやっていただけると更に嬉しいなと思いました。 ③味・見た目・量等　★★★★☆ スタ麺は二郎系の類に入るのでしょうか？モヤシと豚バラを分断に使った豪快な盛りのメニューでした。炒めた豚バラが柔らかくて美味しかったです。お酒の締めにもぴったりだと思います。クセになるような塩気のある醤油味で、美味しくいただきましたが、出汁・具材・麺の旨味を味わうような「深み」はあまり感じませんでした。総合評価　★★★★☆ 店内の雰囲気・接客が良く、コロナ対応もきちんと行なっていて、味も良し。連日お客さんで賑わっている理由がわかりました。曜日ごとのサービスメニューもあったので、そちらを狙って行くのも良いと思います。今度伺う時は是非屋台ラーメンを食べてみたいです。 I summarized what I felt when I visited the store for the first time. ① Inside the store, atmosphere, etc. ★★★★★ There were many cheerful clerk and it was a very kind response. It was a lively menu that used bean sprouts and pork roses for division. The stir-fried pork roses were soft and delicious. I think it's perfect for closing sake. The salty soy sauce tasted addictive, and it was delicious, but I didn't really feel the "depth" of the soup stock, ingredients, and noodles. Comprehensive evaluation ★★★★ ☆ The atmosphere and customer service in the store are good, the corona is properly handled, and the taste is good. I understand why it is crowded with customers every day. There was also a service menu for each day of the week, so I think it's a good idea to aim for that.
