★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔のマンションを改造してレンタル会議室にした感じ。だから、部屋にトイレ、風呂、台所がある。横浜駅から近いし、値段も手頃なので贅沢を言わなければ… しかし、窓を開放すると線路に近いからうるさいです。
 It feels like an old apartment remodeled into a rental conference room. So there is a toilet, bath and kitchen in the room. It's close to Yokohama Station and the price is reasonable, so I shouldn't say luxury. However, it's noisy because the windows are close to the railroad tracks.
