土日でもランチメニューが選べるようです。
個人の好みではワカメは風味が強いのでラーメンにいれてほしくないのですが、全体的な評価ではなかなか良いと思います。麺は細めですが、硬めで美味いです。店内も清潔感がありますね。
じわっと優しい味なので近くに来た際にはまた伺いたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店のラーメンは、あっさり醤油味です。全くクセがなく、飽きのこない味で美味しいです。麺は細めです。個人的にはもう少し麺がかたい方が好きです。
餃子は小ぶりで、皮が少し厚めでした。
味は美味しかった。
チャーハンもカレーも、多くの方が美味しいと感じる味だと思います。
ランチ時間にお伺いした時、女性がお一人で切り盛りしていましたので、ラーメン着丼まで少し時間はかかっていました。
お店の場所は細い路地の先なので、大通りからは見えません。
知る人ぞ知るという感じのお店。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店時間の５分ぐらい前に到着しましたが、入口が開いてたのですが、まだ準備中のようでした。それでも中で待たせてくれ、気遣いを感じました。店内は外観から想像できないほどキレイで、とても大事に手入れされてるのがわかります。
メニューは、ラーメン類、ごはん類、ランチのセット、餃子という、ラーメン屋的なもの。値段も安めだと思います。
タンメン６００円は、見た目通り、洗練されていて非の打ち所がない感じです。基本のスープにギリギリ最低限の手を加え、美味いタンメンに仕上がってるように思います。
ちょっとこぶりな餃子も、肉汁あふれ、大変美味しく感じました。
全てに丁寧さが現れている気がします。
何を注文しても間違いと思います。
ランチタイムはラーメン以外の麺類でもセット割が効くようで、お会計は９００円でした。また伺いたいお店です。
