会議室は借りる1年前から予約が可能で、原則的に先着順です。会議室の利用料金は借りる部屋の大きさにもよりますが午前9時から午後5時までで3000円前後とリーズナブルです。
駐車場も受付に駐車券を出せば、施設利用者は無料なので大変にお得です。
 It is a welfare center with a hall and a conference room, and office work is very good.
Meeting rooms can be reserved up to one year before renting, and are on a first-come, first-served basis. The usage fee of the conference room depends on the size of the rented room, but it is reasonable from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at around 3000 yen.
If you issue a parking ticket to the reception, the facility users are free and very advantageous.

親子連れで沢山来場されているので、催しが有るようですね。
軽食コーナーも有り、美味しそうな香りに誘われます。でも、時間が無く利用した事は有りません。
施設内は綺麗で居心地が良いです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1階と2階にある窓付き子供用トイレはとても助かっています。小さな子供が自分で座れる小さい便座になっています。トイレのドアも窓(穴)がついていて、個室内の子供の様子を親が確認できるようになっています。何かあれば窓から手を入れてカギを外せるので、安全面でも素晴らしいと思います。何でも自分でしたがる年齢になり、トイレに1人で入ったきり声をかけても反応がなく静かになったりして心配することがありますが、このトイレなら安心して利用できます。

The toilet door also has a window (hole) so that parents can check the state of the child in the private room. If there is something, you can put your hand in the window and remove the key, so I think it is also wonderful in terms of safety. You may be worried that you will be old enough to want to do anything, and even if you enter the toilet alone and call out, there will be no response and you will be quiet, but you can use this toilet with confidence.
