おかっぱ風のおばさん（一番歳いってる）は、質問に対しての答え方が雑でそっけない態度です。
行かない方がいいと思います。

The bob-style aunt (the oldest) has a sloppy and unfriendly attitude in answering questions.
I think you shouldn't go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてトリミングをお願いしましたが、最初から最後までとても丁寧な対応で驚きました。部分部分でカットの要望を詳しく聞いてくれましたし、仕上がりも満足です。また利用したいと思います。
I asked for trimming for the first time, but I was surprised at the very polite response from the beginning to the end. He asked me in detail about the request for cutting in some parts, and I am satisfied with the finish. I want to use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここでトリミングしてもらいましたが愛犬がスリッカーブラシで怪我させられました。しかも掻けない部位なのに自分で引っ掻いたみたいでなんて喋れない愛犬のせいにしてもう二度と利用しません。
混んでるみたいですがトリミング室から聞こえる声聞いていると預かっている大切なペットに接する態度じゃないのでは？
星1つすらつけなくないです。個人的にはおすすめしません。
I had my dog trimmed here, but my dog was injured with a slicker brush. Moreover, even though it is a part that can not be scratched, I will never use it again because of my dog who can not speak because it seems to have scratched by myself.
It seems to be crowded, but when you hear the voice you hear from the trimming room, isn't it the attitude of dealing with your precious pet?
I can't even get one star. I don't personally recommend it.
