★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理費だけは一人前以上に取るのに全く賃貸管理が出来てない。もう、2度と賃貸契約の管理は頼まない。

（オーナーさんが承諾すれば出来るとの事ですが基本的に無理な方に持って行かれます。）
不動産会社が提示した金額でしか話を進められないので礼金や仲介手数料など確実に取られる。
賃貸で戸建・アパートを検討してる方は初期費用にクリーニング代としてかなりの金額を取られます。
相場としては、安いとの事でしたがその分敷金が無いと考えるとどうでしょう？
（退去時にクリーニング代の返金などは無いとの事です。）
電話対応や対面での対応は問題無く丁寧に対応して貰えましたが。
ホームページの情報に幾つか誤りや不備が記載されているので必ずホームページだけに頼らず電話確認をした方が良いと思います。
入居費用は今までで1番高いですし、個人的にあまりオススメは出来ません。
もしかしたら、賃貸よりも販売の方なら良いお付き合いが出来る会社さんかも知れません。

(There is no refund of the cleaning fee when you move out.)

Since some errors and deficiencies are described in the information on the homepage, I think it is better to check the phone without relying only on the homepage.
The cost of moving in is the highest ever, and I can't recommend it personally.
Perhaps it is a company that can have a good relationship with sales rather than rent.
