エプロンを後ろでギリギリで結んでいる肥満な職員の利用者対応が悪すぎる。
利用者肥満過ぎて利用者が不利益で可哀想。
実習生に対しても陰口言っている。
そんな介護職員が存在しても良いのか？
余りにも酷すぎませんか？
