★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの不動産屋は更新時期を過ぎてから更新の書類を送ってきて強制的に更新をしてくることがありました。常習手段なのでしょうが、過去にいろいろな不動産屋さんと関わりましたが最低の不動産屋です。
文句を言うと社長さんが詐欺的行為ですか！？とわけのわからないことを言ってきて本当に話になりません。
消費者センターと弁護士に相談中ですが、担当の方からもこういうところとは関わらないほうが良いと言われました。
とにかく話にならないので借り主の方もオーナーの方もお気をつけください。注意喚起でした。
