毎回30分以上。
薬局でこんなに待つのはここが初めてです。
薬剤師さんが親切丁寧にお話してくれるのはいいけれど、おばあちゃんの薬に関係ない愚痴まで聞き始めちゃうから、長い長い…。後ろで待っている人のことも考えて。
愚痴を聞くだけなら、薬剤師さんじゃなくて、受付の方が代わったらいいんじゃないですかね。

お向かいの、病院さんに、かかりましてその際に、利用いたしました。
1時間ほど待ちました。とても長かった。迅速でしょうか。
40代か、50代か、同じくらいのお年の薬剤師さんが対応されました。
説明は、ほとんどされませんでした。
初めての薬もありましたから、説明をして欲しかった。これは、正確でしょうか。
笑顔も、真心もありませんでした。
お名前を見ましたら管理薬剤師、とあり失礼ですが、店長さんはいらっしゃいますか、とお聞きすると私です、とおっしゃいました。
なにか文句があるんですか、と言われました。
悲しくなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長だと言う管理薬剤師のレベルが非常に低い。待ち時間も、永遠に思えるほどに長い。
老体に鞭打ち待ってはいるが、ウォーターサーバーもない中待つのは辛い。他に待っている人間が1人程度でも1時間ほどはかかる。
常駐している薬剤師は見たところ3人程度はいる。なぜこれほど時間がかかるのか疑問である。
更に店長の人柄がこれでは……というほど人格に問題があると言わざるを得ない。
爺だからと甘く見られたか。薬の説明もろくにない。
管理薬剤師を取得し、店長という店の看板を背負っていながらこれか。
日本の未来が憂いる。
薬剤師として恥ずかしい。
