あ	あづ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族5人で利用しました。この店はとにかく最悪。タブレットで注文するのですが最初の料理が10分後。食べ放題で時間制限有るのに。店員さんをチャイムで呼んでも全然来てくれない。絶対行かない方がいいです。私たちは2度と利用しません。宝島に行く時は他の店舗に行きます。とにかく最低な店でした。 It was used by 5 family members. This store is the worst anyway. I order on a tablet, but the first dish is 10 minutes later. All-you-can-eat and there is a time limit. Even if I call the clerk with a chime, he doesn't come at all. You should never go. We will never use it again. When I go to Treasure Island, I go to other stores. It was the worst store anyway.
凡	凡凡太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段相応です。リブロースだけ行っとけばよかった。あとの赤み肉は硬く旨味なし。塩味だとごま油で誤魔化してる感じ。卓上の特製タレは好きな味。これ売ってれば家で焼肉やれば美味しくいただけると思う。カルビスープは肉硬く胡麻油の味しかしなかった。土曜夜で混んでましたが提供時間・接客は特に不満なし。デザートはまぁまぁ。 Price is appropriate. S	San Maa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日のランチに訪問肉3種類（カルビ、ハラミ、ロース）300㌘のランチを注文。ここの店はかれこれ20年は経つのではないかと思います。色々と古いです。久しぶりに宝島に行きましたが肉は値段相応かと思いますがタレがイマイチ。特性も甘口も口に合わなかったので醤油とニンニクでいただきました。サラダはドレッシングがかかりすぎてしょっぱくて全部食べられませんでした。ナムルとキムチは美味しかったです。ご飯はおかわり自由でそれなりに美味しかったです。スープバーでコムタンスープとワカメスープがありましたがコムタンスープが美味しかったです。（カップラーメンのスープみたいな感じ）コロナ対策頑張っているようなのですが全体的にあまりキレイではありませんでした。ドリンクバー周りやトイレは年季が入っており・・・。掘りごたつの座敷の中に何か落ちてるし。それでもお客さんの入は多目でした。 Visit for lunch on Saturday I ordered a lunch of 300 ㌘ of 3 kinds of meat (kalbi, skirt steak, loin). We kept on calling ,pushing the button for How many times and asking the staff but they just ignored us. The kids were vEry hungry..we arrived 12:30..we finished our lunch almost 3pm coz of so many time wasted waiting for our orders. They will not entertain us if not one of my friend already couldn't control her anger and scolded them.. We are not going back to this place.

(e.g. frequent incorrect order and slow service on weekends) The manager needs to look into the cause of the recent unstable quality of service and take proper action before everything goes to poor. AND, as he has an attitude he really needs some basic training on customer service.
