でも本人はカットが上手いと自画自賛してて何も言えない
縮毛矯正も根元がこんなにカツラみたいになるのはこのお店だけ
根元さえもうちょっとなんとかなればとても良い
予約した通りにならないのが1番の難点
忙しそうにしてらっしゃるのはとてもよくわかるのですが、予約した内容くらいは店員さん達で確認してきちんと把握して頂きたい
予約したファイブスターという縮毛矯正の時は勝手にファイブ・スタートリプラという縮毛矯正をされて、お会計の時に初めて発覚し悪びれる様子もなく「トリプラでやっちゃった」と言われ本来の予約したメニューより5400円多く支払いました
前髪(カット・スタイリング別)のメニューで予約したら勝手にスタイリングをしたらしく、本来の予約したメニューより3240円多く請求されました
聞かれたわけでもお願いしたわけでもなく勝手にです
「スタイリング別って書いてありますよね！ほら！」みたいに言われましたね
勝手にメニューかえられて請求されるのが2回目だったので本来のメニュー分しか支払いませんでした
同じところに通った方がわかってくれてるしいいかなと思って通ってたけど、たぶんこのお店の人達はお客様のことあんまり把握出来てないんじゃないかな？
それともこういった詐欺っぽいやり方が頻繁にあるのか？
