お盆休みでどこのレンタカー屋も電話が繋がらない中、すぐに対応していただけました。電話してから15分ほどで迎えにきていただけたのは非常に助かりました。
今回はハイエースをレンタルしましたが、他にも変わった車があり料金も安いので機会があればまた利用したいです。
お店の方も親切な方で、今後は上諏訪駅と茅野駅の送迎もしてくださるそうです。
迅速丁寧な対応で楽しい旅行になりました。ありがとうございます。

During the Bon holiday, no car rental store was connected to the phone. It was very helpful to be picked up in about 15 minutes after calling.
Hiace was rented this time, but there are other unusual cars and the price is cheap, so I would like to use it again if there is an opportunity.
The shop is also kind and will be able to pick you up at Kamisuwa Station and Sagano Station in the future.
It became an enjoyable trip with quick and careful response. Thank you very much.
