お品書きは、手書きで毎日書かれているようです。
お刺身の盛り合わせには雲丹も入っていましたが、時間が経っても崩れず美味しくいただきました。
他にも、様々な心配りがされたお店でした。
少しだけ、敷居が高いと感じる店構えでしたが思い切ってお邪魔して良かったです。
３月になったら、塩水雲丹を食べに行きます！

入ってすぐにカウンターがあるので、一人飲みにもOK。
手書きメニューがたくさんあったが、初訪問なので (おまかせコース3500円) を頼んでみた。
お刺身・焼き物・小鍋など盛り沢山で満足できる内容、味も美味しかった。
後日、再訪問しアラカルトで注文。
相変わらずお刺身、美味しかった。
湯豆腐は豆乳仕立てで汁まで飲める。
新じゃが揚げも美味しかった。
但し、難点は店内喫煙可。
カウンターで喫煙客と隣り合わせになると最悪。
