★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当の方が最初は優しく話しやすい方でしたが、打ち合わせで予算を伝えると態度が素っ気なくなりました。予算が低かったせいもあるかもしれませんが、とても悲しかったです。ただ最初の印象はすごく良かったので、ある程度の金額が出せる方にはいいところだと思います。
 At first, the person in charge was kind and easy to talk to, but when I told the budget in a meeting, my attitude became disheartening. Maybe it was because my budget was low, but I was very sad. However, the first impression was very good, so I think it is a good place for those who can afford a certain amount of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほかの会社は、こちらの言ったことをそのまま図面と見積にしていただいたのですが、エクステリア＆ガーデン大阪さんは、こちらの要望のいい点悪い点やメンテナンスのしやすさ等いろいろな観点からアドバイスをくれてプランを作ってもらえました。なので、工事まで少し時間はかかりましたが、納得いくものができました。また、引き渡し後も相談にのってもらっています。
Other companies quoted this as a drawing as it is, but Exterior & Garden Osaka advised from various points of view such as the pros and cons of this request and the ease of maintenance. Gave me a plan. So, it took some time to complete the construction, but I was satisfied with it. In addition, I have been consulted even after the delivery.
