デスクワークが多いので、その後は腰痛を治療していただいております。
姿勢も整って、今は快調です^^

最初はぎっくり腰で治療をしてもらっていました。
適切なアドバイスや自宅での過ごし方などをしっかり教えてもらい、私の中では早い改善だったと感じています。
その後に起こった首の寝違えにも対応していただき、今では隔週のメンテナンスで通院しています。
継続した通院で、体調も良くなって疲れにくくなりました(^^)
