毎回 キャンプに行ったときにはキャンプの食後のデザートに。
そして お土産に購入して帰ります。
一般的な甘くてシナモンの効いたアップルパイをイメージするとちょっと違います。リンゴ素材の甘み、旨みを活かした素朴なものです。
小さなお子さんでも安心です。
お店に行かなくても 道の駅 たかのでも購入することができます。
やまなみ街道（尾道松江道）…無料 を使ってドライブがてら購入することもしばしばあります。
道の駅だと 特産の高野大根や季節の野菜、果物もお安く購入できます。
アップルパイだけでなく タルトなどもお薦めです。

高野の美味しいリンゴがたっぷり入っています。
シナモン控えめ、甘味控えめ、リンゴのシャリシャリ感が病みつきになります。
1カット280円から300円に値上がりしましたが、それでもリーズナブル。
私は予約を入れてホールで買います。
ワンホール(12カット)で3000円とお得ですよ。
車で2時間30分かかりますが定期的に買いに行きます。

シナモンが苦手な私。アップルパイを食べた事がなかったのですが、こちらのアップルパイ(シナモン少なめ？入ってないの？)を食べて大ファンになりました。
私はいつも大きなホールを買って食べきれないものは冷凍します。その日に食べるもヨシ！次の日まで置いてしっとりさせてから食べるもヨシ！冷凍して解凍させて食べるもヨシ！
家から遠いので買いに行く時はウキウキします。
アップルパイは人気なので電話予約か。確認して行った方がいいですよ〜

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 松江道の高野から5kmくらいのところにある町の洋菓子、和菓子屋さんのよう。アップルパイが美味しいという情報で訪問。やさしく気さくな店主さん、アップルパイは地方発送もできるみたい。ここ最近アップルパイを食べ歩きしてたけど、その中では一番好きだと思った。食感色々あるけど、ここのアップルパイはりんごがシャキシャキで、りんごとパイだけ、素朴ながらも素材のりんごがガツンと感じられて、ザ・アップルパイ！という感じが好き。
