★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内科に行ったのですが本当に最悪でした。星1もあげたくありません。今まで行った病院の中で対応や診察ともに1番最悪でした。中村医師に診察していただいたのですが、1度も患者の私を見ることなく何を言っているのかも聞こえないくらいの声量で一気に話をされ、AIか？その割に言ってること聞いてくること普通過ぎじゃないか？と思いました。結局、的確な診断をしてくれるわけではなく、、、それにしても何か提案くらいはできるんじゃないか？と思いました。辛いから来てるのに何も救われるようなお言葉をいただけずに悲しかったし憤りを感じました。その上、「これくらい当たり前だよ？」と言わんばかりの口ぶりでマウントを取られ不快な気持ちにもなりました。（推定60歳以上ですね。）
治していただこうと思って来たのに返ってストレスが溜まり体調が悪くなりました。
絶対に2度と行きません。
この投稿を見たら、行かずに別の病院を探すことをおすすめします。
 I went to internal medicine and it was really the worst. I don't want to give you 1 star. It was the worst hospital I have ever visited in terms of both response and medical examination. I had a medical examination by Dr. Nakamura, but he talked at once with a voice volume that I could not hear what he was saying without seeing me as a patient, and was it AI? Isn't it too normal to ask what you're saying? I thought. After all, it doesn't make an accurate diagnosis, but even so, can you make some suggestions? I thought. I felt sad and angry because I couldn't get any words that would save me even though I came because it was painful. On top of that, I felt uncomfortable when I was taken off the mount with the utterance of saying, "Is this so commonplace?" (Estimated to be over 60 years old.)
I thought I'd be cured, but I got stressed and sick.
I will never go again.
After seeing this post, I recommend you to look for another hospital instead of going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中村医師は痴呆が入っているようで、他の患者と取り違えて話したり、検査結果の説明を忘れたり、とかなり危険です。
悪いことはいいません。病院を変えましょう。
Dr. Nakamura seems to have dementia, and it is quite dangerous to talk with other patients by mistake or forget to explain the test results.
I don't say bad things. Let's change the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 学校健診の再検査のため、紹介で小児循環器内科の鎌田先生に子どもを診ていただきました。診察や検査の時も丁寧にゆっくり説明してくださいました。ちゃんと説明され内容は理解しましたが、家に帰って色々調べていくうちに不安になってしまいました。病院に電話して先生に話をさせてくださいとお願いすると、受け付けの方の対応も丁寧で、先生に取り次いでくださり、先生はまた丁寧に説明してくださったため、不安な気持ちはなくなりました。とても優しい先生で信頼できます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の電話応対が良くないです。名前をフルネームで聞かれながら、引き継ぎの受付にもまた名前を繰り返し聞かれ、なぜか保留音がしばらく流され･･･電話を切った後も気分が悪いです。
最低限の接遇マナーを学んで欲しいです。
The telephone response at the reception is not good. While being asked for the full name, the receptionist who took over asked me for the name again, and for some reason the hold tone was played for a while ... I feel sick even after I hang up the phone.
