以前、結婚後住民票関連の書類が出来上がったかどうかを電話で問い合わせたとき、出来ていなかったものの、わざわざ「出来上がったら連絡いたします」と。
Both the Tax Division and the Resident Division responded very well.
Previously, when I asked by telephone whether documents related to resident's card were completed after marriage, it was not done, but bothered, “I will contact you when completed”.
