★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧な診療をされてはいるようですが、8人ほどの患者さんで2時間以上もかけて診ていらっしゃいました。受付時に3時間待ちとアナウンスしてくださるなり、薬の処方だけでもしてくださるなりの配慮があっても良かったのではないでしょうか。後の患者さんは3時間待ちになってしまいます。他の患者さんもクレームをおっしゃっていましたが、先生は『受付で待つことはつたえているはずだ』と言い訳されるばかりで、待合室でそれを聞いていて愕然としました。もう少し改善していただけたらと思います。

目的が異なるので、お断りして退出した。
はじめに視力検査希望の話をしてたのに時間の無駄になってしまった。
