K	Kota 201 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも理容プラージュ様で髪をカットしてもらっておりますが。今回初めて高宮店に行ったところ、あまりにも社員の態度が酷く他のお客様もよく耐えて通っているなと思うほどでした。 ①待合室に座る順序が書いておらず、社員の方々もお客の状態を把握していないため、お客同士で顔を見合わせて時には順番を飛ばされ険悪なムードになります。 ②座る席の番号が見づらく、席を間違えるとこちらの顔も見ずに吐き捨てるかのように「ここに書いてありますけど？」みたいなことを言われました。社員教育はどうなっているのでしょうか？会社概要に書かれているお客様サイドに立ったコミュニケーションはどこに行ったのでしょう？ I always have hair cut at Mr. Barber Plage.
