★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人によってクリーニングは異なります。説明が長く担当の人が気付かなかった歯の間の虫歯を院長に診察してもらった日に発覚し治療してもらいました。気になる所を伝えても違う所を見たりお金が掛かる治療法を進めてきたりと...違う歯医者さんに行こうと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診だったので電話予約をしましたが、当日行ってみたら予約されていないと言われ、「いつ予約しましたか？」「本当にこちらに電話しましたか？」などとハナからこちらが悪いような聞き方をされて本当に不快でした。通話履歴も残っていますし電話口での会話も覚えていたのでそのことを後から伝えると「あーもういいです施術はするので」と言わんばかりの対応で、病院側のミスかもしれないという謝罪も一言もありませんでした。
施術や説明は丁寧で院内も綺麗でしたが、そういう対応の不適切さは不信感となり次はもういいかなという感じです。

"Did you really call me?" It was really unpleasant to hear it. I also have a call history, and I remembered the conversation on the phone, so when I told him later, he just said, "Oh, I'll do the treatment," and it may be a mistake on the part of the hospital. There was no apology or word.
The treatment and explanations were polite and the hospital was clean, but the inadequacy of such a response made me feel distrustful and I think it's okay next time.
