★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酷い会社。ブルーボックスとはグループ会社らしいですが、両社とも契約時に伝えるべき事を隠匿しておりました。ひどい会社です。一度倒産したのも納得です。
A terrible company. Blue box is a group company, but both companies concealed what to tell at contract. It is a terrible company. I am convinced that I went bankrupt once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文住宅を建てて１年後に会社が潰れた。ひどい話である。
その時に調べたのだけど、この会社が企業再保険に入っていない事も分かった。正式名称は忘れたが、会社が潰れても保障だけは存続する保険である。保険も入っていない会社の家を建ててびっくりしたが、契約時にそこまで確認する人間は居ないと思う。今はどうなっているか知らないが、これからの人はこれを読んでるので確認した方が良い。
One year after the custom house was built, the company collapsed. It's a terrible story.
I looked at that time and found out that this company is not in corporate reinsurance. The official name is forgotten, but the insurance will only survive if the company is destroyed. I was surprised to build a company house that doesn't have insurance, but I don't think there's anybody to confirm that at the time of the contract. I don't know what it is now, but it's better for future people to read it because it's read.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当の方が丁寧に対応してくれた。デメリットや会社の歴史（倒産）も包み隠さず話してくれた上での商談で誠実だった。物件が希望する場所ではなかったため今回は見送ったが、条件が合う家が出てきたらまた連絡しようと思う。
The person in charge responded politely. It was sincere in the business talk after talking about the disadvantages and company history (bankruptcy) without wrapping up. The property wasn't the place I wanted, so I left off this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BtoCである以上担当者だと思いたいが、ビジネスの基本的な適当なことを言わない、約束や期日は守るなどを徹底してほしいとは思いました。
As long as it is BtoC, I would like to think that I am the person in charge, but I want you to thoroughly do things such as not saying the basic appropriate things of the business and keeping promises and deadlines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内覧に行ったら営業マンがリビングで横になって寝ていた。
何年営業職に就いているのか知らないがこちらの問い合わせに対しても不明確な返答で不信感。
更に後日メールで問い合わせをしたが全くレスポンスが無く社員の教育が出来ていない質の低い会社だと思った。
When I went to the preview, the salesman was lying down in the living room and sleeping.
I don't know how many years I have been in the sales position, but I feel distrustful with an unclear response to this inquiry.
I made an inquiry by e-mail at a later date, but I thought it was a low-quality company with no response and no employee education.
